We are entirely baker-owned and operated, meaning every one of our delicious creations is either made or overseen by us directly! We make our products from scratch right on-site so the selection of goods we offer in-store tends to vary day to day. This allows us freedom for our creativity, passion, and expertise to shine through in the kitchen and offer you the best of what we are able to whip up on a given day! Our top priority is always QUALITY over QUANTITY. We would rather put in the extra work ourselves and maintain our commitment to quality, rather than recruit under-qualified workers for the sake of pumping out a bunch of mediocre product. So, although we may sometimes be sold out of a specific item or have swapped it out for something else when you visit our shop, we do our best to ensure that trying something else will not be a disappointment, and may even be the reason you discover a new favorite!
